Goods sold are non-refundable. Exchange is strictly for defect uniform only.

Uniform size exchange is strictly not allowed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size. You can try the uniform that fit your child at school general office.

Original receipt is needed for exchange within 7 days from date of receive the uniform shipment.

Uniform should be in its new and original condition. Uniform must be in its original packaging, must not be worn, washed, soiled, altered, tampered with, or damaged due to negligence.

In case you need exchange due to defect, please take picture of the defect item / parts and email it to contact@harvestuniform.com. Upon acceptance of the claim, parent will receive approval email for exchange. Please return the uniform to school general office. Harvest Uniform will arrange replacement without cost and parent once defected uniform has been received by respective centre.

Harvest Uniform reserves the right to alter the policy at any time.
